As a rule, the use of our Website is possible without specifying any individual-related data. Insofar as individual-related data (e.g. name, street address or e-mail addresses) are collected on our pages, this occurs - to the greatest possible extent - on a voluntary basis. These data shall not be further transmitted to any third parties without your express consent.

We advise you that data transfer via the Internet (e.g. during communication by e-mail) may have security gaps. Seamless protection of your data from access by third parties is impossible.

We hereby object to the use of the contact data published in the context of the imprint obligation by third parties to send any not expressly requested advertisements and informational materials.

The operators of these pages expressly reserve the right to legal action in the event of the non-requested sending of advertising information (for instance, by way of spam).

Facebook
You can visit our page without specifying any personal data. Individual-related data shall only be collected if you specify these to us voluntarily while visiting our Internet presence.

Our Website also includes programs (plug-ins) from the social network Facebook. These are exclusively operated by Facebook Inc., 1601 S. California Ave, Palo Alto, CA 94304, USA (Facebook). The plug-ins are marked (in the context of our Internet presence) by the Facebook Logo or the additions "Like" and/or "Recommend".

When you visit a Website on our Internet presence which includes such a plug-in, your browser makes a direct connection to the Facebook servers - which in turn transfers the content of the plug-ins to your browser and is thereby included in the represented Website. This is how the information that you have visited our Website is forwarded to Facebook. Insofar as you are logged in to Facebook while visiting our Website via your personal user account, Facebook can associate the visit of our Website with this account.

By way of interaction with plug-ins (e.g. clicking the "Like" and/or "Recommend" buttons or posing a comment), these respective data shall be transferred directly to Facebook and saved there. If you seek to prevent such data transfer, you must log out of your Facebook account prior to visiting our Internet presence.

The purpose and scope of data collection and further processing and use by Facebook - as well as your rights in this regard and the setting options to protect your privacy are indicated in the data protection guidelines issued by Facebook
